As a leader of EGA’s group recognising the critical roles and the success of the company,  sponsorship was provided to the EGA leaders to help grow as both leaders and as  individuals. For this reason, EGA provided leaders access to their own Executive Coach whom we could draw on for personal and professional development. It was also intended to provide the opportunity for EGA’s leaders to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and to strengthen the connection between their personal aspirations and EGA.
