Oona is a Global Executive Coach & Consultant.
She specialises in developing emotionally intelligent leaders and high performing executive teams. She has over 25 years’ experience incorporating board level positions in the UK and Asia. She has lived and worked in Asia, Canada, Australia, Europe and the USA and has coached over 25 different nationalities.
Her speciality in emotional intelligence and influence has assisted many clients transition into new roles, build relationships with critical stakeholders and prepare for succession where impact is key.
She has studied non-verbal intelligence and incorporates this into her coaching together with strategies for resilient leadership when challenges arise. She takes a holistic approach understanding the motivational drivers and values of her clients which builds trust and enables her to challenge and support them to be the best they can be. Her commercial acumen and background in leading teams in different parts of the world gives her a deep understanding of driving business growth and the challenges of motivating teams during times of success and crisis.
Oona holds a Non-Executive Directorship and enjoys long standing client relationships where her input to strategy is continually sought. Prior to becoming a board level coach in 2001 she worked in the international property sector including start-up operations in the Far East leading teams in the acquisition and sale of multi-million pound development schemes. She has facilitated leadership programmes all across Asia and many parts of Europe. She was a sport coach in Australia and sees many parallels between sport and coaching leaders to achieve and sustain high levels of performance in competitive markets
Oona is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (2005). She is a NLP Business Practitioner and is licensed in MBTI (step 1 and 2); Emotional Intelligence (ECI and EQi), Non-Verbal Intelligence, Leadership Styles, Coaching Across Cultures, Prophet Profiling for High performing Executive Teams and many other business and psychological models to raise her clients’ awareness and potential to reach high levels of commercial and personal success.
Mark Soden
Elite Sport and Leadership Coach
Mark is a Performance Coach, specialising in leadership, team and individual development. He specialises in delivering leadership programmes to coaches, managers and teams in many Olympic and professional sports along with senior management in global and multinational organisations.
Following a career skippering the England Rugby youth squad at numerous Six Nations and World Cup competitions, and professional rugby, Mark studied Mentor and Coach Fundamentals at Ashridge. He is qualified as an NLP for Sport practitioner and NLP Master practitioner.
Mark is currently part of the team developing UK Sport coaches ahead of the 2016 Olympics in Rio. Other clients include Schlumberger, Harlequins RFC, Lighthouse Advisors LLC, MBDA, Lloyds Banking Group, HSBC, Kier, UK Sport, British Swimming, GB Athletics, GB Triathlon, Prudential, The Yacht Co., GB Sailing, Servomax, Cable&Wireless Worldwide.

Sonia Gavira
Tri-lingual Executive Coach
and Facilitator
Fluent in French and Spanish, Sonia is an executive and leadership coach with considerable experience in multi-cultural contexts. With a background in marketing and HR at director level, she has managed large scale projects across international boundaries.
Sonia holds an MBA, is a Master Practitioner in NLP and a qualified NLP Coach. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Association for Coaching (AC), and is currently preparing her Professional Coaching Certificate (PCC). She qualified in the use of a number of profiling tools. She is currently undertaking studies in neuro-leadership science.
Sonia has extensive experience with directors in a wide range of high profile organisations including HSBC, National Australia Bank, BNPP, Lloyds, SEGRO, Microsoft, the NHS, Deloitte, Barclays, Grant Thornton, American Express and Atos amongst others, as well as working at Ashridge Business School on leadership development programmes.
Sonia is passionate about all aspects of people development using her great intuition and ability to create trust and rapport with people at all levels.
Juliet Fallowfield
Global Executive Coach
Juliet is an Executive Coach with considerable experience in Asia, having spent 16 years living in this region. She has lived in Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore as well as Canada and the UK. As well as specialising in this region, she focuses on areas such as Leadership presence and conversational leadership.
Juliet is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Certified Professional Coach through the Coaches Training Institute, a Certified Ontological Coach with the Newfield Network, and is MBTI certified. She is also a member of the Neuro-Leadership Institute.
Juliet began her coaching career designing and delivered public and bespoke programmes to clients such as Glaxo Wellcome, Sainsbury’s and various Government Councils. She was recruited by a client, Harrods and became Head of Training and Development where she and her team of 17 facilitated the development of all staff. Juliet has recently worked with GSK, HSBC, Shell, BAML, and Microsoft.
Juliet brings to her coaching a robust and pragmatic outlook, direct communication style and a graceful ability to connect with her clients.
Gill Hicks
Communication and Impact Coach
Gill specialises in helping her clients develop their confidence, authentic professional branding and impactful communication. Her clients are able to develop greater confidence, communicate more effectively, work smarter and master a variety of challenges.
Professional training and qualifications include: AC Accredited Coach, Certificate in Applied Neuroscience, EQI Certification BarOn, Group Dynamics Mastery, Image Consultant, NLP Master Practitioner, Strengthscope Certificated. Gill has an entrepreneurial background, with experience in sectors that include TV and media, technology, food manufacturing and property.
Gill’s clients come from many sectors including media, financial services, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, property and the public sector, and across a variety of functions. Clients have included Angel Trains, BBC, Black Brick, Excel, HSBC, Santander, Sky TV, The Law Society, Working Families.
Gill believes that career success and fulfilment come from something more than just doing a good job.
Lesley McDonald
NLP Coach and Facilitator
Lesley is an NLP Master Practitioner and was one of the UK’s first ever qualified coaches in 1987. She has used NLP to facilitate change with hundreds of clients across a wide range of sectors from finance and legal to small business owners and entrepreneurs.
Lesley is an NLP coach, trainer and professional speaker. She has worked with multinational corporations in technical, management and learning and development roles. Lesley originally trained as an environmental scientist, and graduated with an Honours degree in oceanography, meteorology and physics before successfully completing a degree in Computer Science.
Clients have included Standard Life, Scottish Widows and the NHS. Lesley is a registered NLP trainer who is recognised by both the Association of Neuro-linguistic Programming (ANLP) and the American Board of Neuro-linguistic Programming (ABNLP).
April Joy
Leadership Development Facilitator
Originally from America, April has a particular interest in enabling companies to create a culture of outstanding service. She has led development programmes for International Estate Agency clients in the UK and Europe and has a wealth of experience in the hospitality and property industries.
April holds degrees in Hospitality Management and International Business, from Universities in Minnesota (USA), New York (USA), Salamanca (Spain), Portsmouth and London (England).
Clients include Radisson Hotels, the Royal Thames Yacht Club, London Hilton on Park Lane, Knight Frank and Hamptons International.
